More About Me

I know what it feels like to reach a point in life where what once worked no longer fits.

For years, I followed a path that looked successful from the outside. I built a rewarding career, achieved many of the things I had been taught to pursue, and became very good at being the person I thought I was supposed to be.

Then something shifted.

I began to realize that success and alignment are not always the same thing. The life I had created reflected who I had been, but it no longer fully reflected the woman I was becoming.

Choosing a different path required more than changing my circumstances. I had to question old beliefs; release parts of my old identity; decide what I genuinely wanted; and learn to trust myself again. I had to become willing to imagine possibilities beyond the life I already knew.

Today, I am an author, international speaker, transformational coach and an avid traveler.

My journey changed the way I understand transformation. Now I am particularly interested in what happens when we stop treating our history as a prediction of our future.

My greatest passion is helping others anwer the question "What happens when I release my old stories, reject the power of my circumstances and experiences and consciously choose to shape my reality?"

My role is not to fix you. I'm here to guide you in discovering who you are now, expanding what you believe is possible, and intentionally creating a life that reflects who you are becoming.

I believe reinvention can happen at any stage of life. And sometimes the most extraordinary chapter begins when you finally give yourself permission to write a different one.
